My Story
I was born and grew up in the Czech Republic. My passion for traveling has brought me to many beautiful places all over the world. I spent a year in Australia and 4 years in the UK.
In my professional life, collaboration with clients has always played an important role. I easily create unique relationships with people of different cultures. These skills have always brought me great opportunities all over the world - as a product manager I was responsible for Italian designer bathroom brands on the Czech market, in Australia I managed a furniture shop, and in Great Britain, I was in charge of communicating and providing training to architects. In my coaching practice, I have worked with people from 38 countries of the world with different religions and cultures (Europe, America, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa).

For more than 16 years, I have been studying transformational coaching methods of personality development. I am a certified Calling in The One Coach, a certified Conscious Uncoupling Coach. I studied performance coaching at The Coaching Academy in London, ontological coaching, and leadership in the Netherlands and Abu Dhabi. I am a certified coach for discovering talents in people and developing their potential. I also specialize in conscious communication. I'm fascinated by the latest findings from neuroscience, I'm still studying new approaches to people's development. My job is also my passion and the common theme I live with my husband. Everything that we teach others we apply to our relationship and to the upbringing of our children. The foundation of a happy life is to know your own value and the awareness of what it means to be a human being.

I have experienced falls and difficult situations in my life. I was confined to bed for 6 months with a fracture of two vertebraes, I had a non-malignant tumor operation. And probably the most difficult decision of my life was to leave a dysfunctional marriage, because my family has always the biggest priority for me. I experienced feelings of helplessness, loneliness and frustration. In every situation, I was always looking for a way to change it, to feel better again. I was always comforted by a message my uncle told me when I was 20: "Remember that every change is for the better."
That message is why I always found a way to turn a situation that seemed like suffering into an opportunity for my personal development. On this journey, I discovered both professional and personal development courses that led me back on the path to a happy and fulfilling life. I have always found my inner strength again and developted my abilities, responsibility, passions and talent. I know that how my life develops is up to me. I create my own life.
